Really modern hotel, recently renovated rooms, bravo!

Large beds, central heating, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV in the room. Excellent and incredible location and perfect breakfast with scrambled eggs, excellent coffee plus cheeses

Comfortable room with coffee machine, a view to the external staira, fruit. Superb breakfast in the restaurant to start the day. Great and lovely location in central area, close to actually also close to the central train station, and Close to Milano Centrale.

The units were big with bath.

Views are ugly.

Great hotel in a great place! Modern interior, clean, quiet. Good breakfast, good coffee. Friendly staff. 10 minutes walk to the station.

No slippers, no hair conditioner.

There was only one robe and slippers in the room. There wasn't enough room to store clothes.

There's no washing machine, the air conditioning isn't working very well.

excellent position

the hotel had an offer to pay an extra 15 Eur / night for full minibar free access. We paid this extra charge and we have stayed 3 nights at this hotel but the minibar was never refilled

fantastic breakfast; varied, rich and exposed with a lot of care. Tables very well set in a very spacious dining room. In the landing of the plant (at least in ours) there was water and fruit always ready, something very grateful. staff was very friendly and willing. room is quite spacious and beds (singles) are very big. It is well located. It has two train stations at 20 minutes walking distance, subway station nearby, center at a 15 minutes walk and a park right next to it.

Except for the entrance hall, the hotel is a little dark. The room lacked natural light (ours had a rather small window) and some lamps (the ambient light was very good, but there was no option for something a bit stronger). Little closet space. The bathroom was very spacious but not clean enough (especially the toilet bowl). There was a somewhat broken and worn out bathrobe... that was clean and that's enough for me; but I understand that it doesn't correspond to a hotel with the price of this one. The air conditioning was quite noisy.

Perfect location, 15 min walk to Duomo square.

It's a nice hotel, with some very friendly staff. Good location not too far from both city and station.

Perhaps a bit too much style (or grandeur) and not enough substance. The hotel looks quite grand, particularly from the outside, but I didn't find the staff on reception to be the most helpful... it really lacked a personal touch, which (for a hotel which is far from cheap) was a bit of a let-down.

Great hotel in downtown Milan. GREAT BREAKFAST. There are places to go for a walk, near the park and close to the center.

I like Milan and stay there several times because of location that near central station

Perfect choice for couples seeking comfort

The room was ready when I arrived around 11:30, it was amazing! They had this Lavazza coffee machine that got my day started right, I mean, really, nothing like it to wake up! And the staff. So friendly, like they really wanted to help. Totally unexpected.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but really it was acceptable.

Location,room of good quality and fair surface, new, with nice design, nice brunch with good products (nice service)

Bad coordination for luggage. Water system in the shower difficult to manage: too cold or too hot! Tea could be better!

We liked the location. Right in between the city centre and the Central train station. Both within walking distance, even with small children.
